Director of Israel Sales

Job description

Automat-IT specializes in DevOps services and cloud solutions for AWS. We are looking for a director of sales that will manage the Israeli sales team (over $30M a year).

The main duties of a director of sales are:

  • Meet sales targets
  • Recruit and grow the sales team
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with AWS Israel
  • Fully understand the customers’ needs and available AWS support
  • Be an influencer and a team player

Requirements

  • 3+ years as a director of sales/ VP sales in a company of a similar magnitude
  • At least one of the following
    • A similar role in another company – preferred
    • A similar role in a company selling SaaS solutions
  • AWS knowledge – a big plus
  • Constantly meet and exceed sales targets
  • Lead and manage Account Managers
  • Build a solid pipeline
  • A door opener
  • Excellent presentation skills in Hebrew and English
