Job description
Automat-IT specializes in DevOps services and cloud solutions for AWS. We are looking for a director of sales that will manage the Israeli sales team (over $30M a year).
The main duties of a director of sales are:
- Meet sales targets
- Recruit and grow the sales team
- Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers
- Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with AWS Israel
- Fully understand the customers’ needs and available AWS support
- Be an influencer and a team player
Requirements
- 3+ years as a director of sales/ VP sales in a company of a similar magnitude
- At least one of the following
- A similar role in another company – preferred
- A similar role in a company selling SaaS solutions
- AWS knowledge – a big plus
- Constantly meet and exceed sales targets
- Lead and manage Account Managers
- Build a solid pipeline
- A door opener
- Excellent presentation skills in Hebrew and English
