A leading company in Salesforce based solutions, is looking to hire an Exectutive sales manager, individual contrinutor who is expert in sales and specializes in the Israeli market.

?What will you be doing

As a sales and business development manager, you will play a key role in leading a consultative sales process from lead to close with medium to large Israeli-based companies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A passionate, creative, resourceful, and driven person with a “hunter” mentality
  • Excellent presentation skills, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic presence
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex issues clearly, fast learner with interest in technology
  •  7+ years of proven sales experience in enterprise software with preferable experience in CRM / ERP projects
  • Experience in selling projects
  • Fluent English speaker

Preferred Qualifications

    • Technical/product background
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Commerce (MBA preferred)
    • Experience in sales, including penetrating accounts, reaching decision-makers, and closing deals
    • Experience with sales tech-stacks such as CRM, Salesforce


  • Manage the engagement process & sales cycle from qualified lead to closing, including forecast, building, and maintaining a sales pipeline
  • Research, qualify prospects to open, negotiate and close deals
  • Articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, create excitement and enthusiasm among potential customers
  • Develop relationships with existing and new clients to increase portfolio revenues.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships within the customer base
  • Attending conferences and conducting face-to-face meetings to promote the company, and make new contacts
