:Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Take charge of developing and executing the product roadmap for our sports and social casino-like products. Your decisions will be guided by market trends, customer needs, and our business objectives.
- Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of the game by constantly monitoring the industry landscape. Be aware of regulatory changes, emerging technologies, and competitive advancements to keep our products innovative and relevant.
- User-Centric Approach: Connect with our customers by conducting in-depth user research and gathering feedback. Gain valuable insights into their behaviors, pain points, and preferences to enhance our products.
- Product Development: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations. Together, define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the entire product development lifecycle to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Stakeholder Management: Your excellent communication skills will be crucial in conveying the product strategy, progress, and key metrics to stakeholders across the organization.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Make informed decisions backed by data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs). This approach will enable you to measure the success of product initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and optimize the platform's performance.
:Requirements
- Experience: Bring your minimum of 3 years of product management experience in the relevant industry or a closely related field to the table.
- Technical Acumen: Demonstrate your proficiency in agile methodologies and product development processes.
- User-Centric Mindset: Showcase your proven track record of using user insights to drive product decisions and deliver outstanding user experiences.
