Head of Sales
5 years of experience working as Head /VP of Sales or similar role
5 to 8+ years in Strategic Sales working with C-level stakeholders within enterprises.
Proven track records of successful deals closed
Great interpersonal and communications skills
Solid understanding of the business models and incentive structures
Ability to speak in detail with stakeholders about how our technology works and the pain points that our platform solves
Experience navigating complex executive stakeholders and decision makers to deploy and expand a SaaS solution
Bachelors or Masters degree with concentration in business administration, supply chain, marketing or advertising sales preferred
Excellent understanding of market penetration strategies, market development techniques, and market segmentation strategies.
Manage, develop, and grow our global sales team
Manage account plan development and use proven sales strategies to help Sales Executives move deals through the pipeline to close
Drive execution of these sales strategies, ensuring processes and metrics are in place to hit and exceed growth targets.
Partner with senior leadership at Enterprise customers to develop business cases and value propositions
Maintain product knowledge of all our offerings
Create a sales culture to drive the development of strategic, long-term relationships
Build and manage sales processes and forecasting models that are measurable and scalable
