Click-Ins has developed a unique patent-pending technology that combines AI with traditional disciplines such as 3D, CAD, Photogrammetry to overcome AI limitations. Our DamagePrint™ is a unique identifier of damage similar to a fingerprint in criminology. We train our neural networks using proprietary synthetic data generated by the company. Click-Ins' innovative Remote Sensing solution allows measuring objects by a single picture of any digital camera. The technology is created using the best principles of military-grade Visual Intelligence.
The company is located in Poleg, Netanya.
- Management of multiple R&D teams (20+ employees) in a fast-growing multidisciplinary deep-tech visual intelligence company, introducing novel AI driven solutions for the mobility market.
- Recruitment and Team building – Hands-on
- People-first Manager with proven leadership skills.
- Management of the product development lifecycle, planning of product features, managing resources, prioritizing tasks, managing project schedule and budget.
- Collaborate with CTO and the team of scientists leading the company's research.
- Tackle challenges and demonstrate creative problem solving.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science/Software Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in R&D managerial roles
- Deep understanding and experience with Full Stack .Net.
- Strong technical skills with proven cloud experience, preferably GCP
- Experienced with developing and delivering AI based software products (preferably Computer Vision)
- Ability to communicate problems and accuracy metrics to the scientific team.
- Experience in advanced development methods and best practices (Agile and others)
- Experience in establishing QA (manual and automation) teams.
- JIRA Hands-On Experience
- Ability to build and control CI/CD procedures.
- Experience in product development lifecycle.
- Experienced with writing technical documents.
- Ability to build the team with talented leading individuals
- English – Fluent level.
