At least four years of experience in innovation management
Over five years of experience in driving projects of technological innovation in large organizations
Preference for candidates that have experience in setting up innovation departments – advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with C level and CEO's.
Comprehensive understanding of the global and local transportation technology and startup ecosystem.
Strong initiative, independent work style, and the ability to learn quickly
High ability to think strategically and creatively to meet business objectives
Exceptional ability to build relationships and foster collaboration (across the Eggeds’ value chain as well as with external partners)
Fluent in Hebrew and English, with professional proficiency in both speaking and writing.
Crafting and implementing an overarching innovation strategy for the group, focusing on continuous growth and technological advancement of our services.
Hands-on management of Pilot projects – from initiation to execution and measurement, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Evaluating new technologies in the transportation industry, and making the right fit for the groups’ business and operational needs
Maintaining strong relationships with internal business owners and key stakeholders across the company, identifying unmet needs.
Engage with startups, government and academic institutions to foster partnerships and participate in innovative projects.
Working closely with the Business Development department as well as with the IT and operational excellence teams (analysts, data scientists, developers and engineers) to test and implement innovative solutions
Lead various activities designed to foster a culture of innovation across the group, including but not restricted to – innovation sessions, intrapreneurship training, hackathons and more.
