Responsibilities
Responsibility for all websites in (more than 10 websites). Responsibility means:
- Assuring that:
- Websites and blogs are operational, minimizing down-time and enabling content upload, by setting the proper methods (e.g. contracts, test environments, cloud availability)
- Websites and blogs are secure, according to security standards, as set by security team and compliant with SOX standards
- Websites-related services are purchased and managed cost-effectively, according to purchasing procedures
- Managing websites and blogs projects, on time, on quality and on budget, working closely with BUs and relevant parties in IT and Digital
- Maintaining roadmap and architecture, setting policies for websites infrastructure, frontend and backend tools; maintaining the inventory of all website assets (including the domains)
- Managing websites budget, purchase of related services and contractors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related discipline
- 5 or more years as a project manager, managing multiple vendors and projects with budget over $100K
- Must be knowledgeable with web development projects, technologies and tools (3 years+)
- 4 or more years working in a cloud environment
- 2 or more years working with marketing departments
- 2 or more years working in a global company and in a corporate
- Strong preference for experience with Drupal and/or WordPress
- Must be knowledgeable with AWS
- Preference for past experience, working with product catalogs and digital asset management tools
