JOB DESCRIPTION
- Our startup seeks a collaborative, energetic, innovative Co-Founder/Chief Executive Officer who will lead the organization in expanding the platform outside of Israel. The ideal candidate has start up experience, is mission driven and passionate about contributing to the future of the Jewish people.
Requirements
- Startup or proven experience as CEO or other high level managerial position
- Knowledge of the North American market, branding and distribution of digital products
- In dept understanding of Targeted Marketing
- Experience in developing high quality business strategies and plans and ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
- Experience in building strategic partnerships and relationships to drive growth
- Experience in building P&L and budget management
- Analytical mindset and good out of the box problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Building and leading a high-tech startup from incubation to maturity
- Defining the overall strategy from launch to scale-up
- Building a team to create the new technology’s affiliated products and services
- Full responsibility to guide the Company through several levels starting from the initial phase to growth
- Ability to hire and manage great talents
- Manage budgets and customers
- Full responsibility for Company management
- Achieving targets
- Advising for the company's board of directors
Education
- BSC or Engineering degree
- Academic degree in Business Management or related field
