Head of Sales

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience working as Head /VP of Sales or similar role
  • 5 to 8+ years in Strategic Sales working with C-level stakeholders within enterprises.
  • Proven track records of successful deals closed
  • Great interpersonal and communications skills
  • Solid understanding of the business models and incentive structures
  • Ability to speak in detail with stakeholders about how our technology works and the pain points that our platform solves
  • Experience navigating complex executive stakeholders and decision makers to deploy and expand a SaaS solution
  • Bachelors or Masters degree with concentration in business administration, supply chain, marketing or advertising sales preferred
  • Excellent understanding of market penetration strategies, market development techniques, and market segmentation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop, and grow our global sales team
  • Manage account plan development and use proven sales strategies to help Sales Executives move deals through the pipeline to close
  • Drive execution of these sales strategies, ensuring processes and metrics are in place to hit and exceed growth targets.
  • Partner with senior leadership at Enterprise customers to develop business cases and value propositions
  • Maintain product knowledge of all our offerings
  • Create a sales culture to drive the development of strategic, long-term relationships
  • Build and manage sales processes and forecasting models that are measurable and scalable
