KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads the US Desk compliance staff members and collaborates closely with the different Tax Services team members.
- Coordinates with a client accountant who prepares the annual reports.
- Ensures compliance with Federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Participates & leads nexus meetings to ensure the client is registered in all states where have a business presence.
- Responsible for providing client management with estimated and actual tax accrual information.
- Leads and coordinates tax audits as assigned.
- Supervises federal and state legislation impacting clients. Quantifies impact of proposed legislation on clients' operations.
- Familiar with the tax compliance software systems to ensure proper compliance and reporting.
- Ensures staff development and provides timely feedback and opportunities for professional growth and learning.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Prior experience working as a member of a US tax compliance group.
- High level of tax compliance system expertise.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are needed to communicate with clients.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS
- BA/BS/Master in Accounting.
- Israeli CPA license. (plus, not must)
- U.S. CPA license, U.S. Enrolled Agent, or U.S. Attorney.
